TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR D MANUEL I BLOCO B - 2 FTE

1. Prices are inclusive of all linen and towels (excluding pool towels) and electricity and water. A cot and/or high chair can be provided, at an extra charge.
2. LONG STAYS: Special prices for long stays are exclusive of electricity. Charges for electricity are based on meter readings at arrival and departure
3. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause on the property.
4. A deposit of 20% is payable on booking. The balance is payable in full up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival at the apartment. If the booking is done 4 weeks or less prior to departure, the payment should be made in full to guarantee the booking. If the booking is done less than one week prior to departure, the payment should be made by bank transfer to guarantee its receipt prior to departure.
5. Prices are charged in UK Sterling, but prices in Euros can be provided and payment directly to the owner's account in Portugal is also accepted.
6. For payments made by cheque, please make the cheque payable to M J Wyborn and send it to the address below. For payments by Internet bank transfer, please contact the owner to get details of bank account into which payment should be made.
7. We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.
8. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony.
9. A refundable breakage deposit of £100 is required with the final payment. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure, upon confirmation by our representative that there has been no significant breakages during your stay.
10. Cancellation Policy – Deposit is not refundable, unless circumstances justify it. For cancellations 6 weeks prior to departure, the charge is 50% of the full cost of the booking (minus the amount paid for the deposit). For cancellations between 4 and 6 weeks prior to departure, the charge is 75% of the full cost of the booking (minus the amount paid for the deposit). For cancellations during the last 4 weeks prior to departure the charge is 100% of the full cost of the booking (minus the amount paid for the deposit).

We accept payments by cheque or Internet bank transfer in GBP or Euros. Exchange rate for Euros advised at the time of booking. Prices for high chair, cot or welcome pack can be provided on request. Special prices for long letting (Winter letting) available on request. NB: Prices may be subject to alteration at the advertiser's discretion.

PLEASE NOTE
For flights arriving in Faro after 18:00 hours there is a £20 charge for the Meet and Greet service. However, this does not apply if your flight arrives after 18:00 hours due to a flight delay.
